M’sia Live 2007

I flew from HoChiMinh City to Kuala Lumpur on July 12 Thursday evening. After having dinner at Japanese restaurant, I went to the hotel. I was invited as one of the international faculty members for Malaysia Live Demonstration Course 2007.

Next morning, I joined a TRI session. After fishing the session, I hurried to the National Heart Institute of Malaysia to do a live case. The case was terrible. He had a CTO lesion in LAD. However, his heart function was not good. While starting the cases, the patient shortly developed severe heart failure. Thus, I had to stop the procedure. I was very sorry that the case was too bad for PCI.

After finishing the case, I had SUSHI with Dr. Victor Lim in Singapore. Then, I returned to Japan by the overnight flight and reached Tokyo in the morning of July 13 Saturday 2007.

7月12日木曜日の夕方の便でホーチミンからクアラルンプールに飛びました。マレーシア・ ライブから招聘されていたためです。夕食を日本食レストランで食べてからホテルに入りました。

翌朝、TRIセッションに参加してから、国立心臓病センターに急ぎました。そこから一例ラ イブを行うことになっていました。しかし、残念ながらそのLADの慢性完全閉塞症例はとても 重症すぎ、手技を行い始めてすぐに重症心不全となり手技を中断せざるを得ませんでした。

症例を終えてから、日本食レストランでシンガポールのVictor Lim先生と一緒に夕食を摂 り、それから日本に夜行便で戻りました。日本到着は2007年7月14日土曜日の朝でした。
