Singapore Live 2008

I left Narita Airport by JL 3042 flight departing at 14:15 on March 7th Friday 2008 from Sapporo. At Narita Airport, I had a short business meeting and then took JL 711 flight departing at 17:50 for Singapore.

The arrival time in Singapore was already 0:30 AM on March 8th Saturday 2008. The hotel was Conrad Centennial Singapore. Early next morning from 7:30 AM, we had a Breakfast Symposium with Dr. Victor Lim, Dr. Yoshimachi and Dr. Charles Chan. I had a lecture on 4 French PCI.

Singapore Live Demonstration was held in Singapore Convention Center, which was crowded by many people, who were attending IT Show.

After delivering my talk, I moved to Singapore Heart Center to do a live case demonstration. My case had a critical lesion in the mid LCX. I treated this patient through the right radial approach by using a 4 French guiding catheter. I placed a 3.0 x 23mm Nobori drug-eluting stent. It was the first case by using a 4 French guiding catheter outside Japan.

After finishing my role as a chair person in the lunch time symposium, I returned to the hotel and took a rest. After finishing dinner in a Japanese restaurant, I returned to Japan by JL 710 flight departing at 23:30 and arriving at Narita Airport at 7:10 AM on March 9th Sunday 2008.

シンガポール・ライブ2008

2008年3月7日金曜日14:15発のJL 3042便で札幌から成田に向かいました。成田で短時 間のミーティングをしてから、17:50発のJL 711便でシンガポールに向かいました。

シンガポールに到着したのはもう2008年3月8日土曜日の0:30 AMでした。ホテルはコン ラッドでした。翌朝7:30 AMからはVictor Lim、吉町、Charles Chan先生達と朝のシンポジ ウムを行い、私は4 French PCIについて講演をしました。

シンガポール・ライブはシンガポール国際会議場で開催されましたが、たくさんの人で溢れ ていました。これはIT Showが開催されていたからです。

講演を終えてから、シンガポール心臓センターに向かいました。一例LCXの狭窄病変に対 するPCIを4 Frのガイディング・カテーテルを用いて行いました。最終的に3.0x23mmの Nobori薬剤溶出性ステントを植え込みました。この症例は日本以外で行われた4 Frの第一症例 です。

ランチョン・シンポで座長を務めてからホテルに戻って休みました。夕食を和食レストラン で食べてから23:30発のJL 710で日本に戻り成田空港には翌朝7:10 AMに到着しました。
